1. This house demands payment of NDA for all without any ceiling
2. This house demands abolition of EI roster from IR.
3. This house demands immediate release of Cadre Restructuring Orders which was due in 2023.
4. This house demands that ban on creation of posts in IR shall be lifted and requirement of matching surrender shall not be insisted for safety categories and additional SMs.
5. The house demands that RBE 155/2022 shall be implemented in all remaining Divisions without insisting for matching surrender.
6. The house demands that payment of Accident Free Service Award be rationalised and streamlined in line with extant orders and paid along with settlement benefits.
7. The house demands payment of Risk and Hardship Allowance to Station Masters and to expedite release of report of the committee constituted for this purpose.
8. The house demands payment of out of turn allowance to Station Masters proportional to incremental work load beyond approved yardstick.
9. The house decided to direct ZEC & DEC to approach MPs with memorandum on NDA and ban on creation of posts, and request their intervention at the appropriate level.
10. The house demands complete switch over from NPS to OPS for Central Government employees.
11. The house demands that for lady SMs ML may be sanctioned in different spells as per the requirement of the employees.
12. The house demands that all restrictions in sanction of lady SMs CCL shall be removed and full pay shall be paid as leave salary for the entire 730 days of CCL.
13. The house demands that the Traffic Assistant cadre of KMR shall be restructured on par with Station Masters cadre in IR
14. The house directs all Divisions/Zones to remit the membership amount so far collected on or before 20.09.25.
15. The house decided to chalk out a series of action programmes commencing from 2nd October 2025 culminating on 23.01.2026 (N.S.C Bose birthday) with regular propaganda prescriptions on 31.10.25 (Ekta Divas) and 10.12.25 (Human Rights Day), to achieve the above demands.
