1.The house deliberated on Agra incident, expressed concerns on delay in finalizing enquiry report by the committee and urged management for stringent punishment without further delay. Also decided to meet the CRB and MOBD. The house authorised CEC to decide strong TRADE UNION PROTEST, if there is further delay in taking action against the culprits.

2.The house discussed on pending issues MACP 1.1.2016, and Cadre restructuring, NDA and decided to meet concerned RB officers and pursue the file.

3.Discussed on conducting of next CBGM. It was decided to hold in NFR on 31.10.2026 and 1.11.2026.

4.CBGM quota of ₹12,000 is fixed for each Division as always. (Bank account details will be intimated by CSF).

5.”Run for Safety” will be organized in DEHLI before CBGM.

6.Membership – CEC has set 30/09/26 as target to complete membership of 2026.

7.The house directs all zones and divisions to conduct their overdue BGM/AGM before 30/09/26. and Submit there Balance sheet with the signature of internal auditor.

8.It is resolved to change the advocate in the RA case since the present advocate is not cooperating with the CEC in the subject case.

9.The House discussed on the issue of ban on creation of Posts and implementation of RBE 155 and urged the management to create required number of Posts duly lifting the ban and implement RBE 155 withoutinsisting for matching money value.

10.The House urged RB for Abolition of EI Roster duly amending the very old HOER.

11.The house demands that the combined seniority for group-B selection in the department, the accelerated seniority given to TMRs shall be undone as per provision of IREC.

12.The house demands modification in HRMS app to reflect Compensatory Rest option to SMs in all Levels and for registration of intra-division, & IRT.

13.The house urges management to resolve the problems of Optg staff of JAT Division working in minus degree temperature and lack of drinking water facility.
