1. The house resolves to form a committee to prepare our memorandum and facilitate interaction with the 8th CPC, with the following members:
(i) SG & CSF
(ii) John Vincent
(iii) P. K. Das
(iv) Sunil Kumar

2. The house decides to reconstitute the Central Advisory Committee with the following members:
(i) Dhananjay (Chairman)
(ii) R. D. Swami
(iii) P. C. Samal
(iv) D.Poovannan

3. The house resolves to nominate Comrade Kamini Singh to the CEC as Deputy SG to fill the vacant (reserved) post.

4. The house demands the abolition of the EI roster from Indian Railways and decides to approach the Ministry of Labour through the Labour Commissioner to eradicate this inhuman roster.

5. The house resolves to request the Deputy CLC/C/NDLS to reopen the conciliation on NDA.

6. The ‘Run for Safety’ mission will be organized as soon as possible.”

7. The house authorizes CSF to clear income-tax outstanding demand and interest thereon pertaining to AY 2019
