1. The house approved the demands prepared by the drafting committee for 8th CPC.
2. This house demands that Traffic Apprentices appointed as Station Masters shall be granted MACP from the date of commencement of training and not on the date of absorption into the grade.
3. The house demands that residential card passes shall be issued to all Station Masters for a minimum of 50 kilometers irrespective of sections where working.
4. The house condemns non implementation of Railway Board instructions under RBE 155/2022 for Station Masters in some Divisions and demands that DRMs who failed to implement Railway Board instructions should me asked to show cause for this failure.
5. The house demands to streamline processing of IRT and IDT and that fresh recruitment will be regulated and processed after taking into consideration the outward and inward requests in each Division. The adjustment of indent and recruitment shall be monitored and managed by Railway Board.
6. The house demands that retired employees shall be eligible for 3 PRCPs.
7. The house demands that the practice of drawing Station Masters to work in Divisional Control organisation and area control without the benefit of special allowance, shall be stopped forthwith since such deputations drain out the LR element in the cadre strength of Station Masters.
8. The house demands that supervisory Station Masters shall be posted at all Stations for efficient working of Railways.
9.The house demands that Accident Free Service Award shall be delinked from minor penalties imposed on the retired employee and only major penalties related to Safety and Accident shall alone be a criteria for reducing or denying the Award.
10.The house demands that the cadre of Station Masters shall be restructured with 20% in Level 6 and 40%, 20% and 20% in L-7, L-8 and L-9 respectively.
11. The house directs all Branch/Divisional/Zonal executive committees to approach a Chartered Accountant to get their accounts audited so that the CEC will be able to get the Central accounts audited without any hitch.
12. This house directs all ZECs and DECs to celebrate international women’s day’s on 8th March 2026 by recognising their services and appreciating their role, in addition to seeking their opinion on 8th CPC memorandum.
13. The house demands that four privilege pass shall be extended to employees of JAT and UMB Division on par with NFR due to similarity of terrain and working conditions and to attract staff to the newly formed Division.
